Marissa Tamari – Artist

Marissa Tamari is a painter residing in Ontario Canada. She believes that ‘making art’ in the colloquial sense is more than just the task of the artist. Artists are the revivers of spirits, they are the ones who construct the psyche and the soul. They are the crafters of Weltanschauungs, the motivators of societies, the delicate and ever omnipresent propaganda makers. Marissa believes that all art is propaganda because all art pushes the audience towards a yet to be authenticated worldview. Artists are the leaders of the heart in their ability to guide the masses along the movements and strokes of an ever communicative and diverse paintbrush. Art can be anything, art can be everything, but art must always remain faithful to an absolute and unhindered expression of creative, humanistic, energy.
